Dr. Rainer Wehner
Head of Organisation Committee
Dr. Rainer Wehner studied Business Administration and Sociology and joined the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at FHWS in 1992 after three years of professional practice in accounting and tax consulting. Since then, he has been teaching accounting, taxation, general business administration and DATEV applications. He is currently the Deputy Director of the English-language bachelor's degree programme, "Bachelor International Management”. He also coordinates the English-language course "General Management”. As part of the internationalization of the Faculty, he has been developing and implementing internationally oriented degree and exchange programmes since 2003.

Prof. Dr. Emin Akcaoglu
Emin Akcaoglu is currently guest professor at FHWS. Earlier, he served at various other universities. Before becoming a full-time academic, he was Underwriting Manager at Turk Eximbank, the Turkish official export credit agency. He teaches courses such as ‘international trade and project finance’, ‘international banking’, ‘multinational corporations and foreign direct investment’, 'international business', and ‘international business strategy’.

Patrizia Kujaschewski
Patrizia Kujaschewski went to high school in Kansas, USA, and then studied Foreign Languages (English, Spanish, Polish) and Business Administration at the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany and Sheffield Hallam University, England. She worked in Strategic Marketing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for a multinational company in Frankfurt, Germany. She provided Business English language training for employees of national and international companies in various sectors. She also taught Business English, General English and English for Law Enforcement at the Justus-Liebig-University, the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and the Hochschule für Polizei und Verwaltung in Giessen. For a period, Patrizia worked as a research assistant at the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen; and also worked as an interpreter and sales consultant at international trade fairs. She recently joined the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at FHWS.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christine Wegerich
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christine Wegerich was Professor of Human Resource Development and Corporate Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Technology (HTW) in Berlin betwen 2007-2009. Later, she moved to FHWS and became Professor of Personnel Management and Development at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. She earlier served as a consultant for HR and organizational development at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Heidelberg. She was responsible for the support and consultancy of the Human Resources, Corporate Development and Sales Unit Americas from 2001 to 2007. In addition, Christine Wegerich was responsible for the Heidelberg Graduate Development Program. She was also responsible for global potential development and succession planning within the company.

Dominik Winkler
Dominik Winkler is a scientific assistant of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. While he supports the internationalisation of the faculty, he is also involved in different projects to improve and develop the study situation at FHWS.

Nathalie Rebecca Bauer
Nathalie Rebecca Bauer is currently studying economics with the study track International Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of FHWS. She gained practical experience in event management during her high school days when she was head girl in the graduation year. During her stay for one year in South Korea, she also developed her skills in this area over several marketing projects. Nathalie is looking forward to a career in these areas with a focus on the international market.
Martin Langhammer
Marting Langhammer is currently studying economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of FHWS. He has extensive practical experience in event management and tourism. He is an enthusiastic student willing to have a career in these areas after his graduation.
