Dr. Rainer Wehner is a Professor for General Business and Accounting at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (FHWS). He is the Director of International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and responsible for the faculty’s double degree programmes. He regularly serves as a guest lecturer at several universities and teaches courses in ‘strategic management’, ‘diversity management’, ‘accounting’ ‘general business’ and ‘intercultural management’.

Prof. Dr. Emin Akcaoglu

Prof. Dr. Emin Akcaoglu is a professor at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey. He recently was a guest professor at the University of Applied Sciences Wuerzburg-Schweinfurt (FHWS) in Germany. Earlier, he served at various other universities and industry. Before becoming a full-time academic, he was Underwriting Manager at Turk Eximbank, the Turkish official export credit agency. He teaches courses such as ‘international trade and project finance’, ‘international banking’, ‘multinational corporations and foreign direct investment’, 'international business', and ‘international business strategy’.

Rabia Bayer

Rabia Bayer is a Ph.D candidate in Marketing at Koc University, Turkey.  She received her master’s degree in International Development and Management from Lund University in Sweden. During her Ph.D studies, she spent one year as a visiting student researcher and a Fulbright scholar at the University of Pittsburgh in the USA. Her research interests include branding, sustainability, preowned consumption, sharing and frugality. She has presented her research in various national and international conferences.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. A. Murat Köseoglu

Assoc. Prof. Dr. A. Murat Köseoglu

Dr. A. Murat Köseoglu is an Associate Professor, and the Head of Department of International Trade and Business at Dogus University, Turkey. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, master degrees in Human Resources Management and Public Administration and a PhD in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. His Associate Professorship is in International Trade with a focus on Supply Chain Management. His research interests broadly include supply chain management, logistics management, transportation management, and disaster logistics. Before becoming a full-time academic, he had worked in the Turkish Army for a long time as an officer at different ranks for national and international operations in UN missions and NATO operations as a supply chain and logistics planner. His research outcome has been widely published in various national and international journals. He also closely works with industry as a consultant and executive trainer. He has been a visiting scholar at the Vilniaus Kolegija University of Applied Sciences, and Kozminski University.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nausheen Nizami

Dr. Nausheen Nizami is working as Associate Professor (Economics) in Department of Social Sciences at School of Liberal studies, Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, India. She is a labour economist and her research is primarily in the contemporary areas like impact of Industry 4.0 on labour market, decent work, human well-being and energy. She has been invited to present her research at ILO Headquarters, Geneva and Global Labour University, Berlin in the recent past. She has also undertaken two government-funded projects, two consultancy projects and published four books in the areas of decent work, Human Wellbeing and Behavioural Economics. Her area of expertise is use of mixed-methods research in labour economics, social sciences, energy and behavioural economics.

Prof. Dr. Halit Targan Ünal

Dr. Halit Targan Ünal received his PhD from Istanbul Technical University in 1986. He became associate professor in 1989 and professor in 1995. He has worked at Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul University, Istanbul Okan University, and Dogus University for more than 35 years and held various administrative positions including director of vocational school, director of social sciences institute, and head of department. Currently he is Acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and the Head of Department of Business Administration at Dogus University. Professor Ünal has authored  many books and articles nationally and internationally on money and capital markets, microeconomics, banking, international finance, and real estate.
